Terms & Conditions

  1. Our check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am. Late check-out, subject to availability and fee, has to be requested beforehand. Otherwise a daily rate will be charged.
  2. Acceptance of walk-in guests is subject to the availability of our rooms.
  3. Online reservations are only confirmed upon our receipt of full payment from guests. The payment can be made via wire transfer, credit card or PayPal. In the hostel, we accept cash only.
  4. (a) We will refund full payment to the guests in the event that the guests cancel their reservation in writing at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
    (b) Full payment will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date.
  5. Guests are allowed to change their reservation at least 7 days prior to arrival date, but we will not guarantee that such changes will be accommodated.
  6. In the unlikely event of overbooking, we will do our best to arrange you an alternative accommodation or, if you wish, provide you a full refund.
  7. (a) To the fullest extent permissible by law, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by our guests during their stay in the hostel.
    (b) We shall not be liable for any indirect loss or damage, which may be suffered by guests including, but not limited to, loss of income, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or loss of enjoyment.
  8. We will not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense suffered by guests as a result of our or our suppliers' inability to provide a service on account of war, threat of war, riots, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, strike, closure of airports or ports or any unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond our control.
  9. We reserve the rights to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. The latest terms and conditions will be stipulated on our website.
